#1 · May 1, 2018 Drove most of the day everything fine. Radio played, Sat played, Am/Fm played and media played. Stopped for evening, Shut off car, got out and radio still playing. Had to press the stop/start button 3 or 4 times before radio would go off. About an hour later went out for food.

Has anyone had this issue, the radio works, but there is no sound. Press the MUTE button and the icons come on/off. But, I think the volume level used to show when you clicked the up/down buttons on the wheel, this does not show a sound level anymore. Model: Giulietta - 1.6JTD, 2014.

#1 · Dec 2, 2017 Just picked up my '18 Giulia three days ago. Before I left the dealership, I paired my phone (iPhone 7) and was able to send/receive calls and play music over Bluetooth. Today, I left work to get lunch and Bluetooth media connected and played without issue.
